We use technology to provide the most accurate and perfect diamond jewellery, and this keeps us ahead of the competition and reduces the cost of goods sold. The innovative tech includes the following:

  • Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Rhino and Matrix CAD software enables us to model a ring design proportionally and with the smallest detail. We can design crest rings, sports rings like AFL and NRL, and complex engagement rings with engraving and filigree detail. The client reviews the CAD images that we prepare and then proceeds. The CAD design work is completed for each store in our design CAD hub.
  • Computer-Aided Manufacture (CAM). Once confirmed, we send the CAD file to a 3D printer to produce a wax-polymer prototype. This wax ring will have tiny design details from the CAD file; the accurate filigree, engraving and detail are taken from the digital to the physical via the 3D printing process. We are working with 0.01mm of accuracy, creating a perfectly symmetrical ring.
  • Casting Machinery converts the wax prototype into a Platinum, Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, or White Gold jewellery item. The tiny details confirmed by the client in the CAD file are transitioned error-free and human-free into the precious metal.
  • Our bench jewellery experts then polish the casting and set the diamonds. They use laser welding, 3D MRI scanning and the most advanced jewellery equipment to ensure a perfect finish.
    The result is the most accurate and perfect diamond ring or fine jewellery item you can procure. This entire process is supplied to each Design Studio, so no expert knowledge is required. Each design studio requires sales and marketing with product delivery completed by our expert team.
  • Website Design and CRM – our systems are designed to rocket us into a top Google position to attract more clicks. Then when we have visitors on the website, we serve them with products and information to retain them and force an enquiry or a visit to our Design Studio. Our proprietary CRM system is based on Laravel PHP software and captures our client information and coordinates the custom-made jewellery process from start to finish. The ability to work cleaver enables us to produce higher volume and profit.
